Meet YOUR TRAINERS

  • I’ve been in the fitness industry for over ten years, and strength training has always been my foundation. Over the years I’ve worked with all kinds of people from first-timers to seasoned athletes helping them build strength, confidence, and consistency.

Lately I’ve been challenging myself in a new way, diving into endurance events and ultra marathons, pushing my own limits so I can bring that experience back to my coaching.

I keep things practical: smart training, flexible eating, and showing up consistently. I know what works, what doesn’t, and how to structure a program that actually gets results. I don’t rely on trends or quick fixes it’s about effort, accountability, and showing up.

  • I bring a structured yet balanced approach to coaching at Common Ground. My focus is on strength training and flexible dieting helping clients build muscle, improve performance, and maintain a healthy relationship with food. Im a big believer that real progress comes from consistency, not extremes.

Currently training for my first bodybuilding competition, I understand what it takes to set goals, stay accountable, and push through the hard parts. My coaching style reflects that: supportive, disciplined, and always focused on long-term results that last beyond the gym.
